However, by the second day, I faced uncomfortable digestive problems and frequent bowel movements. I began questioning the pills' efficacy as they seemed to worsen my gas and digestive issues. It appears there might be insufficient lactase and too many other enzymes. I’m disappointed as I was hopeful for an improvement, which sadly only lasted a day. I'll seek another brand with higher lactase units.
