Recently, I discovered I have lactose intolerance after passing the tests. I suffered greatly with rashes from dairy. My gastroenterologist recommended a diet and as a last resort, to take Lactosar enzymes. However, I prefer using an alternative. I take 1-2 tablets before consuming dairy, and I experience practically no rashes now. If you suffer like I did, take note.

This product helped identify my milk allergy and effectively cleared my skin rash. While I feel it could be stronger, I take at least two capsules when consuming milk-containing foods to manage my reaction.

Game changer
2 people found this helpful
This product exceeded my expectations. I generally avoid dairy, but after taking these enzymes before my meals, I was delighted that nothing adverse occurred. There was no indigestion or rash, although my bowel habits were slightly loose the next day—no worse than overindulging in fruit. This has been a game changer for me, allowing me to eat out with friends without concern.

Reduced rashes
I take a comprehensive approach for absorbing and breaking down dairy products and wish to share my experience. The impact on my skin is unmistakable: there are fewer breakouts after consuming dairy like ice cream. This is a relief, as even small amounts of milk previously caused acne. However, it doesn’t seem to address bloating, which remains uncomfortable. Overall, it helps reduce rashes linked to dairy, a significant advantage, yet if bloating is your primary issue, consider other options.
