I ordered this for myself at the age of 26 after taking Marvelon hormones for six years following surgery to remove a cyst. Cheap and easy to swallow, this daily essential for women contains 400 micrograms of a gynecological nutritional supplement. I have ovarian cysts and severe premenstrual syndrome, and taking myo-inositol every morning has noticeably improved my condition month after month. This small portion lasts for over six months and is very affordable. Currently, 800 micrograms suffices as I prepare for pregnancy. I am hopeful for good news.
