I've suffered from painful cystic acne for over 25 years. After reading a recommendation to take Zinc Picolinate, I decided to give it a try. It seems that a zinc deficiency can hinder the proper disposal of dead skin cells, resulting in clogged pores and cystic acne like mine. For the last decade, I was accustomed to developing a new cyst every couple of days. However, since I started taking three of these Zinc Picolinate capsules daily, I haven't had a new cyst yet.
