The best omega-3! I find Omega to be excellent; I have been taking it every other day for a month. I particularly felt an improvement with my hemorrhoids as the inflammation has diminished. The dosage is just right—not too much, not too little. The capsules are great; they are medium-sized, and taking two of them has yielded fantastic results. Omega is effective; I originally took it for maintenance, but it has benefitted me in unexpected ways!
