Since we don’t eat fatty sea fish twice a week, I consider omega a necessity for a complete diet, beneficial for hair, nails, and skin. The capsules are large but easy to swallow without any fishy odour, belching, or indigestion, which often occurs with pharmaceutical fish oil.

I have a problem with this fish oil; it gives me indigestion! I would like a refund or replacement as I have successfully taken another fish oil from iHerb, recommended by Dr. Michael Murray, which is "Natural Factors."

Unpleasant experience
After much research, I learned Omega-3 is crucial for joint health. However, I had indigestion after taking these huge pills, along with an unpleasant fishy taste that lingered for hours. I may try a different form of Omega-3.
