I appreciated how my body reacted after taking two pills. I felt more energetic and healthier, with no allergies (the skin on my face usually reacts with redness). It’s also significant for me that they are easy to swallow. Alongside these, I take Omega 3. Interestingly, I have not fallen ill this winter yet.
