Winter wellness boost
This is an excellent, effective multivitamin complex that helped me throughout winter, keeping me from hibernating or needing sick leave. Initially, I took one capsule twice a day but felt little effect, leading to tiredness. However, by increasing my intake to three capsules in the morning as per recommendations, I avoided sickness entirely this past winter. I had previously suffered four colds during the winter season. In my opinion, this complex has been wonderful and significantly beneficial for my health.

Effective energy boost
These multivitamins contain large capsules that are somewhat difficult to swallow. Currently, I'm taking one a day, but even that has yielded results: I'm experiencing far less fatigue and feeling much better overall. Since beginning this multivitamin, I have not caught a cold. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Absolutely splendid! This vitamin complex is ideal, especially for sports enthusiasts. If you’re not under intense physical stress or don’t have massive vitamin deficiencies, taking two capsules daily is enough for prevention. I’ve taken them every spring and autumn for three years, and I have not had a single cold or ARVI!

No colds noted
I ordered two cans, one EVE for my wife and ADAM for myself. My wife has been taking these vitamins every other day since May, alternating with other supplements. The results are evident; we have no issues with colds. We will order more.
