Effective but caution.

I purchased the EVA complex for several reasons, notably its rich composition, which I find powerful. Regular intake of such a complex yields noticeable effects. Another reason is the proven manufacturer and its gel capsule form, which aids in better absorption of vitamins and minerals. The large capsules are manageable with ample water. There are 180 capsules in a package, and one can take three daily, but for those without significant physical exertion or a severe vitamin and mineral deficiency, two may suffice. Results become apparent after about two weeks; I experienced increased energy and better sleep. However, due to the high iodine dosage, this complex may not be suitable for individuals with hyperthyroidism. I hope this review is informative and helpful.

Excellent vitamins for women's health! I personally take them and highly recommend them! I consume two capsules daily after meals and feel fantastic, full of energy, and my cycle is stable. The composition is excellent, with all ingredients in easily absorbable chelated forms, although the capsules are large. They feature a convenient lid that is child-proof. However, it's important to note that this complex may not be suitable for women with hyperthyroidism, as the iodine content in two capsules meets 100% of the daily recommended value.
