So far, this is the best probiotic I have tried, although I would appreciate the manufacturer disclosing the amount of each strain of good bacteria. It aided me while fighting a parasite infection from eating fresh-caught white king salmon. I chose this probiotic for its high concentration aimed at stool normalization, but the effect was not significant. Perhaps it influenced microflora, but it did not resolve my stool issues. Fortunately, I experienced no unpleasant side effects, unlike other probiotics that caused me pain and bloating.
