Silver sol was my second attempt to give it a fair chance. I have COPD with considerable phlegm. I took three teaspoons daily and also used it in my nebuliser. Unfortunately, there was no change in my cough, phlegm, or breathing. I'm reluctant to rate it lowly, but for me, it didn’t provide any healing benefits. However, I’ve read that others have experienced positive results.

Prevents illness

I felt I was coming down with something. This product, along with the three small brown bottles I ordered, has helped me remain well while healing from some health issues. I mist my nasal passages and spray my throat morning and night. After skipping a few days, I felt unwell, coughing uncontrollably, but after resuming, my symptoms vanished!
