Effective supplement usage
I read Dr Fujikawa's book and continue to take supplements, hoping that my rheumatoid arthritis will improve without medication. While some find it difficult to consume due to the size, I got used to it and it’s fine. It's been 10 months since I stopped medicine, and the results are positive! Dr Fujikawa also suggests that these ingredients are superior to Japanese supplements.
