I've suffered from being cold since childhood. I've started taking the fat-soluble vitamin weekly, gradually increasing the dosage. I noticed I'm warmer now, but it’s still an issue in spring. I plan to order again once I've finished this batch.

After three months on megavitamin therapy for my neurological disorder, I've switched to the smaller 400mg capsules, making them easier to take. I feel that my extreme fatigue has slightly improved, alongside the benefits of vitamin E with the B group. I will continue to monitor my progress.
