I am using it for Endometriosis. My rough skin on the heel has disappeared. I believe the other supplement ingredients are helpful, but I also see improvement in the cause of my Endometriosis, especially with my daily diet. The size seems acceptable, and the quality is noticeable.

Suffering from severe Endometriosis, I've read that high vitamin E intake is beneficial, hence I consume 4 tablets daily. My health remains stable, and my facial skin tone has improved, likely due to better blood circulation. My dark circles have lightened as well. I will keep taking it.
