The quality is excellent, the size is convenient, and the dosage is suitable. For therapeutic effect, I use three capsules, which amount to approximately 800 mg. The effect is remarkable! I cannot absorb oil due to pancreatitis, but this vitamin is assimilated and delivers outstanding results. My skin feels rejuvenated and radiant. Additionally, as I am often quite cold, this vitamin warms me when I take two capsules twice a day. I appreciate the quality of this product.
