The latter two enhance the effectiveness of vitamin C. Each capsule contains 1000 mg, with a jar holding 100 capsules. Taking two capsules is sufficient for almost a season, as we don't always drink them daily—sometimes they are forgotten. Not only does this vitamin C support the immune system well, but it is also gentle on the stomach — though there are occasional indigestion, everything remains fine with this product. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend it!
