Keeps cold away
A sure cold beater. It definitely works to keep cold and flu at bay. My niece has her 3 kids taking it, and they haven't had colds all year. I haven't had a cold for the 3 years I've been using it. The taste takes some getting used to, but it's absolutely worth it.
