I have used this product for quite a while on my doctor's recommendation and have not looked back. I suffered from itchy eyes for years after cataract surgery, which was very annoying. Now, I have this wonderful product to see me through my final years. Thank you, Alcon!

I recommend Systane Complete Optimal Dry Eye Relief Lubricant Eye Drops. I am due to have cataract surgery soon, and my doctor instructed me to use these drops twice daily leading up to the surgery. They do an excellent job.

These drops provide nearly instant relief from dry and burning eyes after my cataract surgery. The regular drops did not help, but these are effective.
