Read More...These are fantastic! I've worked my way up to taking 4 a day for orthostatic hypotension/pots. I've found that my blood pressure has stabilized a lot since I started taking them consistently. I've heard that salt tabs can cause stomach upset, but I've had no issues with these. My only complaint is the size - these are perfectly round and seem to be exactly the same size as my trachea. I've choked/gotten them stuck in my throat several times. Overall, highly recommended, just be careful when taking them and have plenty of water on hand
