Great for hypothyroidism

I take this on an empty stomach together with Thorne Research Selenomethionine and my thyroid medication, and wait at least 30 minutes before eating. Vitamin E works synergistically with selenium, increasing absorption. Selenium helps convert T4 to T3. Since adding this to my thyroid medication, my dosage of thyroid has decreased significantly. Every other brand of vitamin E I have ever tried has given me a severe headache. This brand does not. Also, it does not contain soy, which is a goitrogen and a carcinogen. I highly recommend this brand

Highly recommend it!

Product arrived quickly. Thorne Research makes high quality supplements. I've had PCOS for years and Ultimate E helps to regulate my hormones. When I ran out of it, breast tenderness and PMS symptoms returned until I started taking it again. Highly recommend it

Hormone balance and breast health

My gynecologist recommended this for hormone balance and breast health. I am taking this along with a long list of other supplements, but I feel that this supplement has contributed to an overall improvement in my health and hormonal balance. Thorne Research makes quality supplements, which I highly recommend. Worth the price

The only Vitamin E doesn't cause soy allergy reaction

I'm allergic to soy, and most of vitamin E on the market are all made with soy. This product is also made with soy, but they processed it in a way that there's so little soy content. I bought it in a local store, the sales person said try it, if it cause me problem then bring it back. I did, and it works for me! It doesn't make my stomach upset at all. This is definitely staying

Good clean product with mixed tocopherols

Good clean product with mixed tocopherols. However it has a fairly high dose & I wouldn't use,daily unless a deficiency has been established. I personally use a couple times per week to keep my Vitamin E status at optimum levels

Caused nausea :(

For a supplement at this price point, I was more than discouraged to find it caused intense nausea. My inexpensive but effective (and now not available) Trader Joe's supplement was light years better. Bummed!

NO SOY!!!

THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY VITAMIN E PRODUCTS THAT IS NOT MADE WITH VEGETABLE OIL IE: SOY!!! SOY IS SOOO BAD FOR YOU AND I TAKE VITAMIN E TO HELP THIN MY BLOOD AS I AM SEDENTARY AND DON'T WANT BLOOD CLOTS. WORKS AWESOME FOR THIS!!!!

This company has an excellent reputation. They prepare each supplement or vitamin in a separate room, so there is no contamination from other products. Their sources are also clean and as natural as possible - with a complete tocopherol line-up in this E capsule
