I quit breastfeeding for 3 months, and was able to pick back up again with this tea
I had a hard time getting the grasp of breastfeeding, and didnt latch my baby on as often as I should have in the beginning. This gave me super low milk supply and my infant ended up preferring the bottle over me. But after about 3 months or so of not breastfeeding, I decided to see if I would be able to give breastfeeding another go. I ordered this tea and noticed that I woke up the next day with fuller breasts and I was able to latch on my baby and feed him for just a little while, I supplemented with formula but kept drinking the tea and latching my baby consistenly (like I literally set an alarm on my phone and offered him breastmilk to see if he would go for it) and I was able to breastfeed my baby successfully again from then on. I have to say that it really helped a lot that I got back into a healthy schedule of latching on consistenlty and consuming TONS of water. Later on I found that the tea would help me out whenever my supply would tank (every time I got my period or if I would get sick, I would deminish supply...he also got sick and didnt want to latch on and this tanked me yet again). For the price, I was very happy, and beyond thankful that this worked. Keep it up mamas! It is super hard but so worth it, and keep in mind that I consumed a ton of water to help me out, as a lactation consultant told me that keeping hydrated was key to producing milk. things that worked for me: - drinking TONS of water, I made it my mission to consume atleast a gallon a day, and it helped me shed some weight so heyyyy!!!!! - Latching on CONSISTENTLY! I set an alarm to every 2 hours, and I had been doing baby led feeding, so anytime I noticed he was hungry, Latch. If I was just holding him, I would try to latch. latch latch latch latch latch...and then latch again - booby tubes and massaging my breasts really helped me with my let down as well, before I would offer breastmilk, I would massage as I was by the lactation consultant that this was key - pumping....there were a few times when my baby slept thru the night and I did not want to wake him, so I pumped...otherwise I would just get engorged and my supply would tank.. Goodluck mamas
