I adore Traditional Medicinals teas and prefer herbal remedies. This tea is fantastic for managing seasonal allergies and colds. I brew it with two tea bags, and it effectively clears congestion and soothes sore throats. While it doesn't necessarily speed up recovery from a cold, it certainly alleviates discomfort.

Slight improvement
I used this tea a few times in winter when I felt a cold coming on, and it seemed beneficial. With pollen allergies now, I intend to try it again to see if it alleviates my symptoms.
