Miracle product

I've been experiencing self-diagnosed chronic constipation for around a year (not a medical professional). Despite a decent diet with minimal processed foods and ample fruits and vegetables, I'm often bloated and constipated. I've tried all kinds of fibre supplements with little success, resorting to laxatives weekly. I discovered this product on Amazon, and it has proven to be a miracle! I take it in the evening, and the next day, I'm able to go comfortably and regularly without the rushed feeling that laxatives cause. It's somewhat pricey, but I believe it's worth it.

Effective for constipation

I've tried numerous brands, but this is the only one that consistently works. It has cured my serious constipation issues. Unlike other products, I can enjoy dairy and regular food without discomfort. The price here is less than half of what I found at Walmart, which is fantastic. I’ve taken it for months; it took about two weeks to see results, with significant improvement after six weeks. Now, I take one daily.

Painful side effects

I felt compelled to review this product. Unfortunately, I experienced severe side effects, including intense pain in my lower gut and a feeling of constipation and bloating like I had never encountered before. Nearly four days after stopping, the constipation lingered. Also, it compromised my immune system, leading me to catch the flu. I recommend opting for a better brand.

Causes migraines

This product caused me severe migraines! I had taken it sporadically for months, but after taking one capsule daily for the last month, I started experiencing day-long headaches. Initially, I attributed it to another prescription, not realising the probiotic could be the culprit. After researching, I discovered that migraines are common with certain probiotics. Upon ceasing the Trubiotic, my headaches vanished within 24 hours. It also caused severe constipation, and I believe the manufacturers need to warn customers about potential side effects.

No more constipation

Since I began using Trubiotics, I've had no digestion or constipation issues. This product works for me! I've tried other probiotic brands without success. I commend Bayer for providing this product at a reasonable price. I've been using it for almost a year at the age of 73.
