Well folks, Mr. James Grage has it right, at least in my mind - no more going to the gym! Haven't been myself since the gym where I had been going closed in March of 2020 due to COVID-19. Couldn't find any dumbbell/free weight accessories on-line, as they were all sold out, so I started doing research and discovered resistance bands. I ordered some sets of the tube style (ones which are straight), and was happy with them. Little by little, I began to read more bout the loop style resistance bands (like the amazing Undersun ones), so I transitioned mostly to them. I still use the tube style for some exercises as they do have benefits (Bodylastics are the best that I've found), but mostly I'm using the loop style, and I just ordered my third set of Undersun. Not because they have snapped or broken, nope, just the opposite, they are well made and very durable. In fact, I have liked them so much that I've basically chucked the other brands of loop style that I had and decided to use Undersun exclusively for loop bands. I like to set up different stations so that I can switch quickly from one exercise to another, hence the reason I just bought a third set. Reckon the best part about using resistance band training is that I no longer have aches and pains when I finish a workout. Every time I came home from the gym, some part (usually parts plural) of my body hurt, and it was getting to the point where it wasn't any fun. RBT has dramatically changed that for me personally. I feel good when finished with a workout, and my joints don't hurt. I've also gained strength and size, but the best part is that I'm much more symmetrical now then when I was working out at the gym with free weights and machines. Take all of this into consideration, and for me, there is just no going back to the gym. I've found my way to workout - RBT with Undersun. As a footnote, some folks have left reviews saying that they didn't receive a door anchor with the five-piece set. However, back around July (I think?) Undersun introduced a brand new door anchor, as they found that the fabric hole where you tied up the band would get so snug, it was hard to get loose, so they added a piece of clear flexible plastic (or something along those lines) where you now knot the band, and it comes off so much easier. Plus, it can be used indoors or outdoors, as it has the metal grommets to cinch up the strap, so you can wrap it around a pole, tree, etc. It's the best of both worlds. And contrary to what some folks have said, it hasn't left a nick on my door when using it inside. I recently relocated to Europe, and my new 3rd set is being shipped here. All in all, hands down, Undersun bands are top-notch, and I'm glad I bought them, as they've taken my workouts to new levels, and they put the excitement and fun back in exercise
