Minimal inflammation

This product is great! I'm a 67-year-old woman who has been weight training for the last two months. With considerable arthritis and other muscle and nerve-related issues, I consume this product in an orange flavour while working out, then again late afternoon when inflammation and pain set in. This product keeps inflammation and soreness to a minimum and sometimes eliminates it completely. I'm a happy customer!
