It worked immediately! I was sceptical as it's only 1 billion CFU per dose, but I was surprised by how quickly and effectively it worked! I have IBS and experienced diarrhoea three or more times a week, but this has helped me have regular stools. I feel blessed to have discovered these!

This product is very effective. It caused diarrhoea during the first couple of days of use, which I was informed by a nurse is a good sign it’s working as long as it doesn’t persist.
