Works wonderfully! Since taking some doctor-prescribed medicine, I have suffered from an acute case of constipation. I wanted to avoid laxatives and instead tried probiotics and various fibre tabs, which didn't help much. After discovering this product on Amazon, I decided to give it a go. Initially, it helped a little, but over time, it started to work effectively. I now take 4 tablets daily, 2 in the morning and 2 at bedtime, and I've experienced more natural movements than with any other supplement. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

These work really well for my constipation issues. When I began taking them, I experienced substantial relief. While the gummies are a bit thick, they are soft, easy to chew, and taste delightful. If your diet lacks fibre, I recommend trying these; you won't be disappointed.
