Great customer service, wonderful value, great product. I hesitated to leave this review as I was initially put off by its chemical smell. After seeking assistance from customer service, I discovered my batch may have been spoiled. Now, I enjoy using their MCT oil in iced cold brew coffee before heading to the gym. It provides an excellent boost, has no undesirable taste or smell, and offers great value. Given how long this large bottle lasts, I plan to subscribe and save, ensuring I always have it on hand.

Ingredient for Bulletproof coffee, good stuff!. I incorporate this into my cold protein smoothie made with pre-brewed coffee. This isn't the MCT oil by Dave Asprey, but it's a decent, economical alternative. MCT, or Medium Chain Triglyceride Oil, is refined coconut oil with superb health benefits. It's essential for brain function, providing healthy fats. This oil keeps me clear-headed and less hungry throughout the day. I've enjoyed using it and will continue to keep it in my pantry. Despite the faint taste and thin texture, I am pleased with my choice.

Inferior product change

Miracle Oil!. UPDATE: I bought my first bottle of Viva Labs MCT Oil a couple of years ago and loved it when made from sweet palm fruit. Now switched to inferior coconut oil for sustainability, and it smells awful when added to my iced tea. It's ineffective for my medical condition as well; the old formula worked wonders while the new does not. They assured me the formula was unchanged, which is untrue. I urge Viva Labs to return to the pearl-white kernel of sweet palm fruit.
