Caused persistent headache

I took only 1/4 teaspoon and it truly made me ill. I experienced nausea and an upset stomach, along with a headache that lasted for days, even with Tylenol. My body is particularly sensitive to medications. Just be aware that this company does not generally provide refunds, which is frustrating. Despite this, they reached out regarding their 90-day return policy and processed my refund, for which I'm grateful. I suggest contacting them directly if you encounter side effects.
