I did not believe this would help, but after suffering an increase in attacks, occurring daily for over a month, I decided to give this a try. This product is pricey, but it really helps, I found that taking 2 capsules every other day before dinner works best for me, and my attacks have subsided to one or two a month, lasting only 1 to 3 hours each. The price is a hardship as a retired person living on just SS, but the relief achieved with this product will keep me as a customer

I was very hopeful this is going to help my IBS symptoms(bloating, gas, abdominal pain) but it made it worth and also, after 3 days I got diarrhea. When I called their support they asked me questions like for 10 minutes and connected me to another person, she asked me some questions too, afterward, they connected me to their pharmacy team and after wasting of time talking to them, they said sorry we don't have a refund or return policy. I am very disappointed. I also emailed my gastroenterologist and told her the story. she said she was not going to recommend it to her patients anymore. I just wanted to share my experience with you. If you have IBS or Gastritis issues, try plant-based probiotic. it really helped me. Good luck

I've tried many probiotics including the main recommended ones, I've tried vitamins, herbs, diets, food eliminations and a slew of testing and colonoscopies with no success. 2 months ago I went for visit at yet another GI and he handed me a list of probiotics and this was in the top 3.
