I took this all day yesterday, and when I woke up, it felt as if the cold was completely gone. My husband, who works at a health food shop in Mill Valley, brought it home as a sample. I had been sneezing throughout the day, feeling as if I had a summer cold. After a day of taking this, the cold felt entirely gone!

A natural throat, flu and cold remedy! This really works. One day I felt a cold coming on with a sore throat. I immediately sprayed five sprays in my mouth, and the scratchy throat vanished in seconds. I tried mixing it in water, but the flavour is unbearable; I'd rather take it directly. Overall, it's a great natural antibiotic!
