CP value is very high. Children often develop sinusitis due to colds. After researching online, I discovered that washing the nose with xylitol is more beneficial than using warm salt water, so I purchased some for the children. They have grown accustomed to it and it doesn’t cause any discomfort, even with daily use. This time, when my child caught a cold, they did not develop sinusitis, and daily xylitol use appeared to help ease nasal congestion. It has no unusual smell, resembling ordinary granulated sugar, making it safe for use.

I adore using xylitol as a sugar substitute. However, it can be somewhat hard to dissolve in cold drinks. I appreciate that it doesn’t raise blood sugar levels and serves as a natural bacteria preventative. I have had successful results baking with it and was delighted to find this brand in a larger quantity.

Effective nasal wash
Xylitol is a key ingredient in the powder I use for washing the nose during colds, which comes in stacks. It inhibits bacterial growth and aids in clearing mucus, so I now prepare this powder for myself with added sea salt and soda.

Excellent sweetener
Among various sweeteners, xylitol is my absolute favourite. The taste is wonderful; it lacks the bitterness of stevia and the coldness of other options. However, moderation is key, as excessive consumption can lead to stomach cramps and diarrhoea. This specific product offers excellent quality and value, whether you’re dieting or not. I use it in coffee and baking, with no issues. Just be cautious in your portion size.
