I will never return to sugar after using this. It tastes just like sugar, is beneficial, and stable for baking. However, my body needed 1-2 weeks to adjust, and consuming over 60 grams can cause diarrhoea, though this stops once you're used to it.
Gradual consumption recommended
Xylitol is the best sugar substitute for a keto diet and beneficial for dental health. Gradual consumption is essential to avoid diarrhoea. If you find my review helpful, please give it a thumbs up.
Excellent for constipation
It's excellent for constipation. However, one should be cautious if experiencing diarrhoea or weak stools.
This is a good-tasting sweetener, one of my favourites for health-conscious use. It's beneficial for cooking, nasal sprays, and rinses. It doesn’t trigger harmful bacteria in the mouth; however, going too fast can lead to gas, diarrhoea, or gastric discomfort. Being a sugar alcohol, it is a natural product and gives a cooling sensation similar to erythritol and sorbitol. To my taste, it is like regular sugar.

Xylitol works perfectly for me as a diabetic. I prefer it over Splenda due to its lack of aftertaste. I do experience occasional diarrhoea, but it’s bearable and does not last after adjustment.
