Incredible with continued use

Cheaper than with my insurance on here! This is the only allergy pill that works for me. This works for me where Claritin, Claritin-D, Zyrtec, Zyrtec-D (yes I know it's similar to Xyzal), Allegra, Allegra-D, Singulair, and Flonase failed. It's SUPER IMPORTANT to realize that this drug works best when taken *every* *single* *day,* and it will take a few days to kick in. For me, if I go off of it, it takes about a week to work again. I have severe allergies to cats, but I own five of them. Before Xyzal, I was a sniffling, dribbly mess just being in the same room as a cat. Now I can snuggle them and torture them with zerbets, and I get *nothing.* No wet eyes, no drippy nose, no itchiness or sneezing, it's amazing!! I cannot recommend this product enough, but please keep in mind that this is not a one-and-done deal. You take it daily

Xyzal works!

Xyzal has been a lifesaver for me! I suffer from seasonal allergies and I've tried pretty much everything out there. Zyrtec used to work very well for me, but sadly it stopped working. Anyway, Xyzal takes care of all of my allergy symptoms, however it was quite expensive compared to the giant bottles of generic Zyrtec I was purchasing from Costco. Fortunately I found it on Amazon! I get such a better deal buying it on Amazon rather than buying it in my local grocery store. I can get 55pills for $18 and change, but in the store it's about $25 for like 18 pills or soenthing lame like that. The pills themselves are very tiny and easy to swallow. I definitely recommend this if you're a a seasonal allergy sufferer

The only thing that works for me, so glad i tried it!

Having suffered allergies my entire adult life, I've tried everything. My allergies really act up with the changing of the seasons, to the point that i inevitably get sinus infections, costing me a ton of money in missed work/copays, etc. I have been taking Xyzal for just under 2 years now, and it has been like night and day! I love that the pills are super small, they go down real easy. Also, I can't get them any cheaper in my area than they have them for at Amazon. I highly recommend to those who have tried Claritin, Zyrtec, Allegra or Allovert, without much success. Give this a shot

This allergy medicine has changed My LIFE!

I have been using benadryl for years for hives and angio edema. Well a client of mine told me about this product and I thought I would give it a try. What did I have to lose? I have tried everything over the past ten years since developing a wild allergy to the unknown that can leave my lip swollen or my eye or huge hives all over me for no apparent reason. Nothing worked. I bought the bottle of 55 and thought this was probably not going to work. Well not one incident of hives or the edema that has ruined many days of my life. WELL worth the cost. NOT ONE of the 55 days did I get hives and usually I would break out a few times a week. I'm so thankful for this product

Terrible Reaction

I was prescribed prescription XYZAL several years ago to treat my chronic skin rashes. It worked like a charm.. Prescription XYZAL was a wonder drug for me. When it became OTC my pharmacy was no longer carrying XYZAL as a prescription so I bought the OTC. What a nightmare! I had a terrible reaction to this drug. I took it for 3 days, just to make sure the allergic reaction was actually to the OTC, and it was. On day 4 I took 1 of my prescription XYZAL ( I had some left) and the allergic reaction stopped. I explained what happed via a phone call to Chattem (the drug company associated with Xyzal), the pharmacy and my doctor. It appears there isn't a solution to my problem. I was told that the allergic reaction was most likely to one of the inert ingredients in the OTC XYZAL which wasn't included in the prescription form

I've used this drug for years. I had been using a Benadryl based antihistamine but apparently that builds up in your system and causes sleepiness. It took years to get that far. I honestly thought I had narcolepsy. My GP suggested we try xyzal and boom. I breathe clear and am wide awake

About five months ago we got two cats. I knew that I had some allergy to cats, but didn't realize the severity until we had them in our home. I have been taking all other types of allergy meds for dog and environmental allergies. I tried Xyzal, and it has made a world of difference with the cats. Sticking with what works the best

Relief!!

My doctor told me to take this when Zertec stopped working as effectively. He said it is double the active ingredient in Zertec. It has been helping

Works well for my allergies

I have tried so many different allergy medicines and few have been able to give me the extended relief from nasal drip with my allergies. I started out taking one capsule in the evening because I sleep better when I don't have to deal with nasal drainage. My body has slowly begin to adapt to the results of this product so I had to up my dosage to 1 1/2 pills. But for the price and the relief that I get it is well worth the money and the time to buy this product. Because I break the pill in half and use a full pill with a half I I still believe this product is worth the money

I have bad allergies so I decided to try Xyzal hoping it would help with minimal drowsiness. My itchy eyes and sneezing were so bad that I was prepared to deal with some side effects. I have taken xyzal almost every day for two months. It works like a charm on my allergies but OH MY GOODNESS!! For the last 10 years Ive gotten up at 4 am a few times a week to work out, now Im missing more than ever because I can not wake up and get going. I sleep till the very last second, throw on a baseball cap and leave. I am a very happy-go-lucky, easy going person, I cut up at work and enjoy what I do. Now I cant think fast enough to carry on a decent conversation and to make matters worse, I work in accounting and Ive become extremely slow due to brain fog and for fear of making mistakes. My fuse has become very short, I don't walk around angry or anything but I can go from zero to one hundred real quick... and for no real reason. I am retaining water a little (to be fair, everything makes me retain water) but Ive definitely put on (fat) weight. I can usually tell if a medication, vitamin or food causes side effects, but for some reason it took me a little while to realize what was happening. Once I started googling I realized that every single symptom comes back to this mess. I took my last dose last night and I CAN NOT WAIT for a few days to pass to see if I get any relief from these side effects. If this review doesn't make sense, blame it on the xyzal
