Professor Beata Morak-Młodawska is currently a full professor in the Department of Organic Chemistry at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. She obtained her Ph.D. from the Medical University of Silesia, Katowice in 2007 under the guidance of Prof. Krystian Pluta. Her research focuses on organic synthesis of bioactive heterocycles. Beata Morak-Młodawska has received several awards for her scientific contributions, including the National Education Medal in 2021. She is a member of the Polish Pharmaceutical Society, the Polish Chemistry Society, and the Polish Medical Chemistry Society. Beata Morak-Młodawska has collaborated with academic institutions in Poland, Greece, USA, Malaysia, and China.
