Veronika N. Zorina was born on September 29th, 1976, in Novokuznetsk, Russia. She is currently affiliated with the Institute of Toxicology of the Federal Medico-Biological Agency. Veronika holds a Doctor of biological sciences (D.Sc.) degree from the National Research Tomsk State University, which she obtained in 2009. Her research interests include immunity, lactoferrin, alpha-2-macroglobulin, cancer, pregnancy, and toxicology. Veronika has a strong background in enzymatic techniques and molecular biology. She has received several awards for her innovative research and has been granted multiple research grants. Veronika N. Zorina has published over 100 works and holds 23 inventor's patents.
