Dr. Angélica T. Vieira is a biologist with a PhD in Immunology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. She has extensive experience in the areas of immunology and microbiology, focusing on inflammation and the role of microbiota in the immune system. Her research interests include microbiota and immunomodulation, inflammatory bowel diseases, cytokines, and inflammatory mouse models. Dr. Vieira has been affiliated with various research institutions in Brazil and France, and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Biochemistry and Immunology at UFMG.
