Dr. Michael Roth is a prominent researcher in the field of respiratory medicine. He completed his Diploma in Human Biology/Genetics/Anthropology at the University of Frankfurt in 1981, followed by a PhD from the University of Basel & Children's Hospital Basel in 1986. Dr. Roth co-founded the Laboratory for Div. Pneumology at University Hospital Basel in 1988 and received his Habilitation from the University of Basel in 1998. He has held various academic positions internationally and has been recognized with the Fellowship of the European Respiratory Society in 2014.
