Sahar Dadkhah Tehrani has an MSc in Public Health in Nutrition. She is enthusiastic about diverse research areas including microbiome, phytochemicals, dietary supplements as well as nutritional epidemiology, especially in the fields such as CVD, and MetS. Moreover, she has conducted RCTs, Meta-Analyses, and Systematic Reviews in various areas of Nutritional Sciences and Public Health Nutrition. Sahar has worked as a dietician in her private office under the supervision of the Iran Medical Council since 2017.
