I have tried various vitamins, but Emergen + C 1,000mg is the most delightful and easiest to consume! I take it daily, and when I'm feeling tired or under the weather, I take a bit more. Tropical and raspberry flavours are nice, but Super Orange is refreshing and my favourite. Highly recommended!

Whenever my family is unwell, we take two packets a day which significantly aids our recovery from autoimmune disorders. I rely solely on Emergen-C, plenty of water, and rest. Although I don't take it daily, I use one packet at the first signs of a cold to fend off illness. Super Orange is the best flavour—least artificial and not overly sweet. I’ve re-ordered many times and will continue to do so.

I love this product; I can tell it works instantly. When I start coughing or feel mucousy, I mix a packet in about 1/4 cup of water, and my symptoms disappear immediately. If not taken swiftly enough and I do fall ill, it still provides a boost of energy to get me through the day.
