Comfortable after shakes
Most Useful Review

Tired of feeling bloated after a protein shake? You’re in luck. I’m mildly lactose intolerant, and regular whey protein gives me awful bloating throughout the day. The discomfort is significant, and it takes a while to relieve it. I also bloat after consuming foods with heavy cream or mac and cheese. I’ve had no such issues with this whey protein! No longer must I choose between feeling bloated all day or putting up with dreadful plant protein. While it costs more than regular whey, it’s still cheaper than much fancier plant proteins that are unpalatable. The extra expense reflects the lactose filtration process, which makes it worth it for me.
