I am tired of taking pills and capsules and tablets. I eat a healthy diet, but sometimes I feel l need a little extra boost of supplements. This Garden of Life spray Vitamin C does the trick for me. I've been taking it for several months now and here's what I like about it: 1. Super easy to take. Spray 5 times under the tongue and you're done. No big pills to swallow. 2. I love the tart taste. Makes my mouth pucker a little. 3. It's organic!!! 4. Garden of Life is a brand I've come to trust. 5. I've noticed a difference in my gums and skin. They are healthier since taking this supplement. 6. Garden of Life also makes a spray Vitamin B12. I take these together. Easy to remember. Recently I took a flight and I always like to take extra Vitamin C before I get on any plane. Rather than have to buy a $4 bottle of water at the airport just to take a few pills, I gave myself 5 vitamin c sprays and I was done. The bottle is 2 oz. so you can take it on the plane with you. I have this on Amazon's subscribe & save program so it gets delivered every month. Excellent value. Excellent product. UPDATE 7.18.17 -- Just got my Subscribe & Save order and this Vitamin C spray now come in a plastic bottle. I'm no longer a fan and will no longer order. How disappointing! Garden of Life knows better. They use glass bottle for so many of their other products, why would they put a liquid in plastic? SM

Kids enjoy this vitamin that seems to be keeping them well all winter!

Pros: tastes great, seems to boost the immune system, organic, from a trusted maker of high quality vitamins Cons: some might consider price to be expensive I bought this vitamin C spray for my kids. I had been using elderberry to boost their immune system, but it was getting pricey and messy with the syrup (although it was highly effective). The kids enjoyed taking elderberry, so I had to find a good substitute. The kids love the cherry-tangerine flavor and look forward to getting their sprays. I have no way to measure the vitamin C activity in their systems so it's hard to be objective. They have remained illness free this winter even though other kids at school are getting strep throat, flu, colds, GI illness. So, I will continue to purchase and I recommend it to others. As for the price...I buy one to two spray bottles a month. That's $20 a month for 2 kids, so $10 a kid. Would you pay $10 to have your kid stay well

Great and tasty.

I buy so many vitamins/supplements/weird stuff on here, most of which rot in my cupboard. I could probably put a child through college on the "health" fails I have purchased on Amazon. But this, THIS! Natural! Tasty! And helped us weather flu season. Thanks

My children beg for more “spray candy”!

My children are very picky eaters and I worry about them not getting enough nutrients. I read ascorbic acid is not very good for you (not to mention it is not natural). I was very pleased to find this at my local health food store and see it has vitamin C from natural and organic sources. I bought one on a whim, and my children love it! We have tried both flavors and they are delicious. I have added this to my "subscribe and save" because it is the best deal available

Love it.

I am a huge fan of Garden of Life due to how natural they are. These aren't synthetic and they aren't made with sketchy ingredients. They are an upstanding company! My 22 month old loves the taste of this, as does my whole family. We will continue to keep this as a staple within our home. I did have issue with the bottle leaking but I believe it was more of a packaging from Amazon issue. Overall it's a great supplement and I'll continue to recommend it

Disappointed to say the least but I should have known better

I used to buy a lot of Garden of Life products including this one. Once Nestle bought them I stopped buying them. I simply can't get behind Nestle and their dismal practices. I was recently shopping around for vitamin C for immune support and came across this for a decent price so against my better judgment I bought it not realizing they switched to plastic. On top of that, I received a bottle that expires within 8 months. I use immune boosters only at the onset of symptoms and that doesn't happen often so unfortunately, I don't think I will even get to use all of this before it expires. I guess I have to hope I at least get my money's worth

Love the flavor and non GMO!

My kids LOVE the flavor of this. I also have the Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 sprays and my kids say this is their favorite of them although they like them all. Vitamin C helps so much when sick or any time your body is down. Most stuff in store is from GMO sources, this is food based and not GMO. Love and will buy more when I run out

This is a great purchase for my family

This is a great purchase for my family. I take a large Vit C dosage immune protection, so I personal use this for "on the go" moments which it absolutely convenient and it taste good. My husband takes this daily and he likes it better than having to take large pills. It would be great if they could develop a liquid with a high dosage, that would be fantastic

Love it!

Pumping up on vitamin c around covid and I love this stuff. After discovering that Emergen-c vitamin c packets support prision labor I stopped buying from them. Love the spray and that it's small enough to throw in my purse and go! Expiration date was far enough in advance and everything came perfectly packed and sealed. Will order again when I get low since my local stores are out of stock
