I love this vitamin C spray. The quality is excellent, made from natural ingredients. Although the dosage is small—only 67% of the daily norm in five sprays—it works effectively when dealing with a sore throat or hypothermia. I keep the 50 mg jar at home and prefer the citrus flavour, while the cherry flavour is nice as well. The impact may not be extremely strong, but it doesn’t irritate my stomach.
