Stomach discomfort
Most Useful Review
I ordered it as I heard it is a dietary fibre suitable for pregnant women, particularly because I often struggle with bowel movements. However, I find lactic acid bacteria to be more effective. Taking dietary fibre causes my stomach to hurt and leads to diarrhoea, while psyllium husk even resulted in constipation. Nevertheless, it tastes delightful and I enjoy eating it!

Causes abdominal pain
Most Useful Review
I ordered this dietary fibre because it's suitable for pregnant women and helps with my bowel movements. However, when I try dietary fibre, it sometimes causes abdominal pain and diarrhoea. The psyllium husk, while causing constipation, does taste really good.
