Though a bit large and with a strange smell, they are essential for immune health! As a pharmacist serving sick patients, I ensure to eat right, stay hydrated, and take Nature Made Stress B-complex with C and zinc. This product has kept my immune system tuned up; I swear by it, as I rarely get colds, and I had only one flu since 1974 after a missed flu shot.

Immunity Booster! We buy this repeatedly and use it daily. It keeps us from getting sick, including common colds. This formula is the best, and the inclusion of Zinc is key! It's often hard to find in shops, and even on Amazon, it's sometimes back-ordered, but it is worth it! Great stuff.
