This product works. My boyfriend is on many medications, including one for constipation which didn’t work, but this does. He takes two in the evening with his meal and two large glasses of water.

The quality of the senna ingredient in this dietary supplement is commendable. I benefit from its effects and can easily go to the toilet when I am very constipated. It doesn’t induce cramps. The composition appears good, and I have noticed a real improvement. I find it effective; senna relieves me significantly.

It works brilliantly! As someone who has struggled with chronic constipation, this product has been a lifesaver. I used to rely on laxatives daily, which was exhausting and left me feeling either constipated or with diarrhoea. Since I started using this, my digestive system has greatly improved. Initially, I took two capsules along with one 5mg bisacodyl tablet, which was amazing. Gradually, I reduced the bisacodyl and now I only use this with senna leaves. It's best to take them before bed or on an empty stomach in the morning; they don’t work as well with food.

I’ve used this product for the last two years and love it as it helps empty my bowels. The tea tastes great, but the capsules are even better as there's no wait for brewing. Being natural and effective, it’s worth every penny! It's particularly good for those with constipation after bariatric surgery due to my own experiences with stomach surgeries.

This completely replaced over-the-counter laxatives with dreadful ingredients. It does what it should without causing excessive pain, but it’s advisable to stay home post-use, perhaps even the following day; constipation resolved.
