This product works. My boyfriend is on many medications, including one for constipation which didn’t work, but this does. He takes two in the evening with his meal and two large glasses of water.

It works! I was introduced to Smooth Move capsules during the 10-day lemon cleanse. As you're not eating, you need either salt water or a laxative tea to facilitate a bowel movement (sorry for the TMI!). I’ve always disliked laxative teas, so I was relieved to discover that Smooth Move offers capsules with the same ingredients as the tea. Taking capsules is so much easier for me. It works well without causing any cramps; I usually take it at night before bed. I don't use it regularly, which I wouldn't recommend, but it’s a good solution for occasional constipation when travelling or not eating well.

Excellent! The product is wonderful; its effect is similar to that of tea from the same company. The capsules are more plentiful and work faster. It is very useful for those suffering from constipation and indigestion, promoting a colon cleanse within 12 hours.

Keeps me regular
