Buyer Beware. During my first pregnancy, I took these prenatals from start to finish. Throughout my pregnancy, I suffered from a terrible yeast infection despite trying various creams and natural remedies. I could not determine the cause of my recurrent yeast infection and was in tears, seeking relief from my OB. After delivering my baby, I switched to a more affordable postnatal multivitamin, and my yeast infection disappeared. Initially, I attributed it to my body returning to normal after childbirth. However, after researching, I believe these prenatals caused my prolonged yeast infection due to their yeast content. This experience marred what should have been a joyful time in my life and now that I'm pregnant with baby #2 and using a different prenatal, I have had no signs of a yeast infection.

The best vitamins for expectant mothers and those breastfeeding. I experienced allergies with other brands, but these are balanced with all necessary vitamins and minerals. I felt light, and my hair and nails improved. They are GMO-free and safe, though a bit pricey.

Perfectly! These vitamins strengthened my immune system and added energy. Upon discovering I was pregnant, I felt exhausted and experienced tachycardia. I sought prenatal vitamins and found Baby and Me, which are whole grain with no chemicals. Within a week of taking them, I felt revitalised. My bones no longer hurt as they did in previous pregnancies, and even my hair quality improved. I plan to continue with Baby and Me, Postnatal postpartum vitamins for breastfeeding, as they cater to nursing mothers’ needs.

This multivitamin is tailored for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, chosen to supplement essential nutrients like iron, folic acid, and vitamin B. Being based on natural ingredients, it is easy to digest without any stomach discomfort, even in the morning. Once I began taking it, my energy became more stable and I felt less fatigued. I noticed a marked alleviation of my anemia symptoms, attributed to the appropriate iron content. One pill suffices for sufficient nutrition, making it easy to incorporate into my busy routine. I highly recommend it to mothers aiming to maintain their physical strength during pregnancy or post-birth.

Saying good is not enough. I began taking these in my third trimester. Everyone warned that this period could be tough, but with these vitamins, I had enough strength, and my hair does not fall out! I don't experience the hair loss and poor health others complain about. I strongly recommend them to all future and nursing mothers.

This isn’t my first time taking these vitamins. The first time during pregnancy was great. I didn’t feel sick, had no heartburn or adverse reactions. The natural composition is worth the money. Now, while breastfeeding, my child has no allergies to them, and my hair doesn’t fall out as much as it did with my first child. I now take one a day instead of two. I recommend them.

After researching the best prenatal vitamins, I chose these and consumed them throughout my entire pregnancy, resulting in a perfectly healthy baby. The nurses even noted the quality of my umbilical cord. While they are slightly pricey, only two pills are needed, and they are tax-free through my health savings plan. They aren’t the best tasting, but none of them made me feel nauseated.

No more grumpy wife! My wife had chronic fatigue syndrome after our second child, but once we changed her vitamins, everything improved. Within a week, she was waking up smiling, and her irritability decreased. These vitamins, alongside omega-3 and vitamin D, have truly made a difference. We highly recommend them for a healthy family climate!

I found these vitamins extremely effective. During both my pregnancies, I noticed they significantly boosted my energy and alleviated symptoms of depression and cold sores. After starting them, my hair stopped falling out, and I had less severe postpartum hair loss the second time round. I recommend them for anyone, even outside of pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do take them consistently as their effects are long-lasting!

I found these vitamins excellent during my pregnancy; I felt fantastic, and all my indicators were normal, with my haemoglobin even increasing. However, once I finished the jar and before the next one arrived, my condition deteriorated. My blood pressure rose, I experienced dizziness, and night cramps and other pregnancy issues emerged. But as soon as I resumed taking them, all symptoms vanished, and I felt great again! Now that I'm nursing, I've ordered another jar. Nursing mothers must take these vitamins, or else their bodies may suffer, and teeth can literally crumble!

I purchased this vitamin bottle again, and during the first three months of pregnancy, I did not experience morning sickness. The plant extracts are well absorbed, and I am not constipated, which is great for my baby's growth. Highly recommend! The only drawback is that the pill is slightly large and has an unpleasant smell.

I took these vitamins on my doctor's recommendation. Before starting them, I had a terrible headache for no apparent reason. However, after 7 days of consistent intake, the headaches disappeared—I'm shocked! I will continue taking them. I did experience that these vitamins may distort TSH test results, so it’s advisable not to take them three days prior to testing.

Nausea from smell

The ingredients are comprehensive and include choline for brain development; however, the smell and size of the tablets made swallowing difficult, especially in early pregnancy. The smell resembled rust and caused nausea. It's tough for sensitive noses. Although it supplements necessary ingredients for treating liver disease, I haven't noticed significant effects yet.

Alleviates discomfort
Most Useful Review
I bought it for myself and always take it. Previously, I had it as picolinate, but last time I tried these lozenges and do not regret it at all. They have a very pleasant taste and soften the throat when resorbed. Occasionally, after taking zinc (as seen with pharmaceutical preparations), it can cause nausea, but I did not experience that with these lozenges. If it happens, try not to take it on an empty stomach. I notice the effect, especially when I start to feel a sore throat, taking it every two hours as instructed, which greatly alleviates the discomfort. I recommend!
