You won’t regret it! Omega-3, in my opinion, is beneficial in any dosage. It was prescribed by my endocrinologist for severe, persistent eczema on my fingers and palms, in combination with D3 after confirming a deficiency through blood tests. It saved me! I’m truly happy. After consuming one jar, my eczema hasn’t reappeared. I’ve ordered more and plan to take it regularly for life, as advised by my doctor. Additionally, sudden palpitations have vanished. I highly recommend it!

Life savers!!! I began these pills last year after discovering I had arthritis in my left knee and lower back. My previous doctor seemed sceptical and prescribed a topical cream that offered no relief. My knees would swell so much that I could barely walk. I searched for a new doctor and researched natural supplements. I am so grateful I found these, which have helped me tremendously! I now experience no pain or swelling. There is minor weakness in my knee, but I know the supplements work because, on days I skip them, my symptoms return. I recommend two a day rather than three to avoid exceeding the recommended dosage.

Life Savers!!! I started taking these pills after being diagnosed with arthritis in my left knee and lower back. My previous doctor dismissed my pain, opting for a topical cream that didn’t help. Days of severe swelling made walking impossible, so I sought out natural supplements. These have proven tremendously helpful! I no longer experience pain or swelling. Now, I mainly deal with slight weakness in my knee; however, I can confirm these supplements work, as I've felt the symptoms return when I’ve missed doses. Excellent Omega from a reliable manufacturer. I regularly take omega acids, believing they are essential for the body, influencing almost all organs and systems. Due to natural foods, we do not receive sufficient amounts. This complex includes Omega from both animal and vegetable sources. Although the manufacturer recommends three capsules a day, I take two. I’ve ordered my third jar already. There’s no unpleasant fish smell from the capsules, which are large but easy to swallow. After taking them, I’ve not experienced any fishy belching or nausea. Overall, I’ve felt quite comfortable and well. I take one capsule three times a day after meals, as instructed, and as a nursing mother, my baby is also doing excellently.
