While the size of this medicine is quite large, I’ve not experienced any bloating or unpleasant smells. I was torn between this product and another but opted for this, as many reviews suggested that the other caused heartburn or had a bad odour. Although the pill is bigger than I expected, I can handle taking it! Having to eat three times a day might appear tedious, but since I'm combining it with lactic acid bacteria in the morning, omega-3 at lunch, and magnesium in the evening, it feels manageable. The only one that manages my autoimmune disorder. I have an autoimmune disorder, and these are the only multivitamins I've found that keep my energy levels acceptable, combat brain fog, and minimise hair shedding.
